Classical World Chess Championship 1995

The World Chess Championship 1995 was a battle between Garry Kasparov and Viswanathan Anand for the world chess title. The of the Professional Chess Association ( PCA) aligned World Championship was held from 11 September to 10 October 1995 at the 107th floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City.

Qualification

In the tradition of past World Championships, the 1994 PCA hosted a series of candidates competitions to determine the challenger.
