Ellerhoop

Ellerhoop is a municipality in the district of Pinneberg, in Schleswig -Holstein. The municipality consists of the villages Wieren, Brock Horst, Missen, Oha, Charity and Thiensen. In 1349 the district Thiensen was first documented in 1999 and celebrated its 650 - year celebration.

Geography and transport

Ellerhoop is located about 5 km south east of Elmshorn. The Bilsbek flows through the community. Part of the National Forest Rantzau lies in the area of ​​Ellerhoop.
