Eric Gryba

Eric Gryba ( born April 14, 1988 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since March 2010 by the Ottawa Senators in the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Gryba was initially active from 2003 to 2005 for the Saskatoon Contacts Midget AAA from the Saskatchewan Hockey League. In the season 2005/ 06 he stood for the Green Bay Gamblers in the U.S. Junior League United States Hockey League on the ice before the defender after began studying at Boston University and for their hockey team, the Boston University Terriers in Hockey East aground. Even before the defender at the NHL Entry Draft in 2006 was selected in the third round at 68th overall position of the Ottawa Senators. In the 2008 /09 season he won the championship with the team in both the Hockey East and the NCAA Division I Championship. In his last season at the University team, the 2009/10 season, the right-handed shooter ran together with Nick Bonino as an assistant captain on the ice.

In March 2010, the Canadians signed a two-year entry-level contract with the Ottawa Senators and debuted in the same season for their AHL farm team, the Binghamton Senators, at the professional level. In the following season 2010/11 he won the Calder Cup Binghamton.
