Fiavè

Fiavé is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1120 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in Trentino in the Trentino -Alto Adige. The community is located approximately 22.5 km west- southwest of Trento and belongs to the Comunità Giudicarie.

History

The earliest settlement of the township can be dated to around 2300 BC. In Fiavé Largo Carera the old stilt houses are protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Traffic

Passing through the municipality, the former State Road 421 dei Laghi Moveno e Tenno (now the provincial road 236) of clay to Riva del Garda.
