Gracie Gold

Grace Elizabeth " Gracie " Gold ( born August 17, 1995, Newton, Massachusetts ) is an American figure skater who starts in a single run.

Career

Gracie Gold began at the age of seven years with the figure skating, after they had watched other girls at a birthday party in the skating rink. Her twin sister Carly is also a figure skater. Gold and her mother work with in designing the costumes. Golds father is an anesthesiologist.

In 2012, gold was Gracie Junior National Champion in the USA. A little later she won the silver medal at the Junior World Championships in Minsk after the Russian Julija Lipnizkaja.

In her Olympic debut she could at the Olympic Games in 2014 reached the 4th place with 205.53 points in the individual competition and thus narrowly missed a medal. However, in the team competition before, she won a bronze medal.

Personal

Gold is the daughter of Denise, a nurse, and Carl Gold, an anesthesiologist. Your fraternal twin sister Carly also operates figure skating as a competitive sport.
