Großwilfersdorf is a municipality with 1400 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the judicial district Fürstenfeld or political district Hartberg - Fürstenfeld in Styria. From 1 January 2015 it has joined forces framework of the Styrian municipality structural reform with the community Hainersdorf, the new community will be named " Großwilfersdorf " to continue.
Geography
Großwilfersdorf located west of Fürstenfeld. Between Old Market and Ilz.

The municipality comprises the following six localities ( in parentheses population as of 31 October 2011):

- Hain field at Fürstenfeld (167 )
- Herrenberg (167 )
- Maierhofbergen (106)
- Maierhofen (78 )
- Radersdorf (188 )
Katastralgemeinden are Großwilfersdorf, grove box, Herrenberg, Maierhofen and Radersdorf.
In Großwilfersdorf the 48.7 km long Ilz joins the 115 km long Feistritzwerke.
Policy
Mayor of the municipality is Johann Urschler, chief officer Cajetan Gölles.
In the council, there are a total of 15 seats following distribution of seats: 13 seats ÖVP, FPÖ 2.
