After the abolition of patrimonial Inačovice / Inatschowitz formed in 1850 a municipality in the district of Brno. The forest area west of the village belonged 1856-1881 Gregor Ypsilanti to Eichhorn and was the hunting ground. Some monuments, such as the Green chair, reminiscent of this era. 1921 came to the village Okres Brno- venkov. Since 1923, the local name is used Jinačovice. During the Second World War took place in the years 1940 to 1943 construction of the autobahn in Vienna Wroclaw, which should lead west past Inatschowitz. To the east was at a crossroads, the Ausflugslokal U boudy, which closed its doors forever in 1948. Between 1948 and 1960 Jinačovice belonged to Okres Brno- okolí and after its resolution back to Okres Brno- venkov.
