The company started in 1906 with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Marbais & Lasnier. In the same year the production ends already again.

On offer were different models. The smallest model was the 5 CV with a single cylinder engine. Largest model was the 30 CV with a four -cylinder engine and chain drive.
