Opglabbeek ( Limburg: Glabbek ) is a Belgian municipality in the arrondissements of Hasselt in Limburg.

The municipality is situated approximately 25 kilometers from the provincial capital city of Hasselt, in the center of the province of Limburg. It borders on the city of Genk and the communities of As, Maaseik, Meeuwen - Gruitrode and Houthalen- Helchteren.

The town is crossed by two intersecting main roads.

In Genk, Heusden-Zolder and Hasselt, there are regional stations.

Maastricht Aachen Airport and the airports at Eindhoven and Liege are the closest regional airports and the Brussels National Airport in the capital, Brussels, is an airport of international importance.
