Pozuelo de Alarcón

Pozuelo de Alarcón is a town with 84 474 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013) in the Autonomous Community of Madrid. It has an area of 43.2 km ² and lies at an altitude of 690 msnm. It is located 15 km west of Madrid on the plateau Neukastiliens, just south of Castilian vagina Mountains. Pozuelo de Alarcón is located 30 km south-east of the Sierra de Guadarrama which makes for a cooler climate than that of Madrid. Since July 2007, Pozuelo is connected to the network of Metro Madrid.
