Schlegel, Thuringia
Schlegel is a municipality in the southern part of the Thuringian Saale -Orla -Kreis.
Geography
The place is located directly on the Rennsteig about eight kilometers south of Bad Lobenstein. The southern boundary of the municipality forms the border between Thuringia and Bavaria.
History
Schlegel was first mentioned on 24 June 1254 Seibis 1500.
On 1 July 1950, until then independent municipality Seibis was a district of Schlegel.

Attractions
