2012 Qatar Airways Tournament of Champions
The Qatar Airways Tournament of Champions 2012 ( also known as the International Tournament of Champions ) was a women's tennis invitational tournament, which was played as an individual competition on Hard Court from October 30 to November 4, 2012 in Sofia ( Bulgaria). That the WTA Tour 2012 tournament scoring suffered its fourth edition, by the year 2011, it was played out in Bali ( Indonesia). Qualification
Qualification mode
At the tournament, eight ladies were invited, had to meet the following requirements:
- For the six top-ranked players in the WTA World Ranking (as of October 22, 2012 ), the 2012, at least one of 29 tournaments in the category International ( Prize money: USD 220,000 ) were the WTA Tour win and not compete in Istanbul at the WTA Championships 2012 is the obligation to participate.

Competition mode
In the round-robin tournament phase (English Round Robin ) play four players in two groups, each to each.
