Libya national basketball team
The Libyan national basketball team of the gentlemen representing Libya at basketball internationals. Within North Africa ranked the selection behind nations such as Egypt and Tunisia and could only qualify four times for a final round of the African Cup of basketball. Last one was represented in 2009 at a continental final when they finished as host to eleventh place. To participate in the global finals it was not enough so far.
The Greatest Man of Libya and was once the largest living human Suleiman Ali Nashnush (1943-1991) was also active as a basketball national team and is more than 2.40 m in height than the largest ever active basketball player.
