FIBA Africa Championship 1975

The basketball Africa Cup of 1975, the eighth basketball Africa Championship, took place between the 20 th and December 28, 1975 held in Alexandria, Egypt, which organized the championship for the third time. Winner was the fourth time the national team of Egypt, which had won its first three titles as United Arab Republic.

Mode

It was played in the form of a round tournament. Each team played against each other exactly once, so that each team exactly five games ( a total of 15 games have been completed ) completed. Pro victory, there were two points for a defeat at least one point. The team with the most points was basketball African champions in 1975. Similarly, the remaining placements were determined. In case of equality, the direct comparison decided.
