Osové

Osové ( German Wossowe, also Wossowa ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located three kilometers south of Velké Meziříčí and belongs to Okres Zdar nad Sázavou.

Geography

Osové located in Krischanauer Bergland ( Křižanovská Highlands ) in the south of the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands. The village is situated on a ridge between the valleys of Oslava Oslavička and Marek. To the east rises the nesmer ( 493 m) and in the south of Rohovec (503 m). In the east the Oslava flows through the valley Nesměřské 's Valley.

Neighboring towns are Velké Meziříčí in the north, Domky Děkanův Dvůr and Dolni Radslavice in the northeast, Petráveč in the east, nesmer, Eliášova Myslivna and Dolni Heřmanice the southeast, Studnice and Rohy in the south, Oslavička the southwest, Ovčírna and Baliny in the west and Oslavice in the northwest.

History

The first mention of Osoví place in the year 1354. 1365 Jan von Meziříčí sold his goods in Osová to Bláha of Oslavičky. This replaced the 1371 with Jan possession of Osové against its share of Oslavičky. 1365 Nesmierz village was first mentioned. The goods in Osová 1493 connected to Oslavičky. In 1560 Sigmund acquired hero of Kement Oslavičky including Osová and opened it his rule to Meziříčí. 1693, the whole area had been ravaged by a plague of locusts. Nesmierz was abandoned at the end of the 17th century and in 1695 it was no longer registered in the land register. Later in his place was a gamekeeper's house.

After the abolition of patrimonial Vosovy formed in 1850 a part of the community Oslavice in the District team Velké Meziříčí. Later the village was referred to as Vosoví. In 1919, the municipality Osové. At the beginning of 1961 Osové was assigned to the Okres Zdar nad Sázavou. Osové was incorporated in 1980 after Velké Meziříčí. Since 1992, the community is again.
