Pietrapaola
Pietrapaola is a place in the province of Cosenza in the Calabria area of Italy with 1175 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012). Pietrapaola is located 123 km west of Cosenza.
The neighboring municipalities are Bocchigliero, Calopezzati, Caloveto, Campana, Longobucco and MANDATORICCIO.
With the German city of Warstein Pietrapaola has since 2 September 2001 an official Friendship cities.
Attractions
In the area around the village there are prehistoric caves. In the district of Le Muraglie you can see Roman ruins.
