The Beatles Stereo Box Set is a collection of all the British studio albums the Beatles. The box contains the twelve albums, which were published 1963-1970, and Magical Mystery Tour, and the two Past Masters albums Vol One and Vol Two, on which are found those songs that are not included on the regular albums. All recordings were remastered and released in this box on 9 September 2009, with the number mysticism " 09:09:09 " was used as the date of publication. At the same time the composition of The Beatles was released in mono, which contains the mono versions of the first nine UK studio albums, as well as of Magical Mystery Tour and Past Masters.

With the release of the box the first time, all albums are available in stereo on CD. So far, the first four Beatles albums were released on CD only in mono. The original mixes from the year 1965 appeared instead in the Box The Beatles In Mono.

As with the first release of the Beatles albums on CD in 1987, fell back on those albums versions that were published in the UK. The sometimes substantially different American versions were not considered. The only exception is the album Magical Mystery Tour, for the American version was used.

Missing stereo mixes

For a number of songs the Beatles never stereo mixes are done. On 7 December 2009 a 16 GB USB flash drive with all 14 albums released and the contents of the DVD from the stereo box set. Limited to 30,000 units USB stick containing the music in two formats: on the one hand as FLAC ( 44.1 kHz, 24 bit) - better quality than on the CDs - and on the other as MP3.
