Villa San Secondo is a municipality with 410 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the Italian province of Asti (AT ), Region Piedmont.
The municipality is part of the Comunità Collina Val Rilate. The neighboring municipalities are Castell'Alfero, Corsione, Cossombrato, Frinco, Montechiaro d' Asti, Monferrato and Montiglio Tonco.

Specialty
At Villa San Secondo vines of Barbera for the Barbera d'Asti, a DOCG red wine are grown with status as well as for the Barbera del Monferrato.
