Serole
Serole is a municipality with 134 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the Italian province of Asti (AT ), Region Piedmont.
The neighboring municipalities are Cortemilia Merana, Olmo Gentile, Perletto, Pezzolo Uzzone Valle Piana Crixia, Roccaverano and Spigno Monferrato.

Specialty
In Serole are vines for the Dolcetto d' Asti, a grown red wine with DOC status. The berries of the grape varieties Pinot Noir and / or Chardonnay may be processed for sparkling wine Alta Langa. In Serole also vines of Barbera for the Barbera d'Asti, a red wine with DOCG status, as well as for the Barbera del Monferrato are grown.
