Virelade
Virelade is a commune with 921 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the Gironde department in the region of Aquitaine.
The municipality is situated on the left bank of the Garonne.
The next neighboring municipalities are Arbanats in the northwest and Podensac in the southeast.
On the commune cadastral exist remains of a Gallo-Roman villa, a moth and a castle.
