2008 UCI ProTour

The UCI ProTour was a series of key staging and one-day races of road cycling. The annually discharged from Cycling Union UCI ProTour place in 2008 for the fourth time.

However, the three major country tours Tour de France, Giro d' Italia and Vuelta a España after a dispute between the UCI and the organizers, as well as other prestigious one-day races, were taken from the ProTour calendar. The program was presented on 27 September 2007 under the Road Cycling World Championships 2007 in Stuttgart. Initial plans for a race to the finale of the series were dropped.
