Aldege "Baz" Bastien Memorial Award

The Aldege " Baz " Bastien Award is an ice hockey trophy in the AHL, which is awarded annually to the best goalkeeper of the season.

The trophy is named after Aldege " Baz " Bastien, who was from 1945 to 1949 for the Pittsburgh Hornets in the AHL in goal. He later became a coach and general manager of the team and led it in 1967 to win the Calder Cup. 1983 died Bastien, then manager of the NHL teams Pittsburgh Penguins, so a year later this Price bore his name.
