Hohenfelde, Plön

High field is a municipality in the district of Plön, in Schleswig- Holstein. The municipality consists of the villages of Green Mountain, Hoffeld, Krummsiek, Malmsteg, Monkamp, Mühlenau and Radeland.

Geography and transport

High field is located on the Baltic Sea, about 6 km east of Schönberg ( Holstein).

History

The village belonged to the estate Hohenfelde Hohenfelde, which is already mentioned in 1264 as " Hoghe - Hoghevelt ". High field was called at that time " Syde - Hoghevelt ".

Policy

Of the eleven seats in the municipal council, the CDU has been the municipal election 2008, five seats, the SPD and four voters Community FLH two seats.
