Rumersheim-le-Haut

Rumersheim -le-Haut (Alsatian Rümersche, dt Rumersheim ) is a commune with 1132 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Haut-Rhin in the Alsace region. It belongs to the district Guebwiller, founded the Canton Ensisheim and the 2000 Local Government Association Essor du Rhin.

Geography

The community Rumersheim -le-Haut in the Upper Rhine Plain lies between the Rhine side channel and Harthwald, about 18 kilometers northeast of Mulhouse. The municipal border in the east forms the Rhine; right bank is the district Grißheim in Germany.

Neighboring communities of Rumersheim -le-Haut are Blodelsheim in the north, Neuenburg am Rhein ( Germany ) in the east, in the southeast Chalampé, Bantzenheim in the south and Munchhouse in the West.
