San Filippo del Mela
San Filippo del Mela is a city in the province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, with 7292 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012).

San Filippo del Mela is located 35 km west of Messina. The inhabitants mainly work in agriculture and fisheries.
Since 1188, Casale S. Philippi is as possession of a royal chaplain, Master Benedict, testified his disputes with the Bishop Stephan of Patti and its Casale S.
