Santander is a Philippine municipality in the province of Cebu. It has 16,105 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ).

Santander is the southernmost municipality of the province and the island of Cebu. Fast passenger ferry services connecting Santander with Sibulan in Negros Oriental. The journey time is 20 minutes.
