Tor HÃ¥kon Holte

Tor Håkon Holte ( born August 1, 1958 in Drammen ) is a retired Norwegian cross-country skier.

Holte won the gold medal with the Norwegian relay at the Nordic World Ski Championships 1985 in Seefeld in Tirol. About the classic 50 kilometers he could occupy the ninth and the classic 13th place on the 30 km. A year earlier he had eighth place and can occupy the twelfth place at the Olympic Winter Games in Sarajevo over the 15 km of the 50 km.

In his career, Holte won two World Cup competitions over the 50 km distance. In 1984 he took fourth place in the overall ranking of cross-country skiing World Cup. A year later, he finished second behind Gunde Svan in this classification.
