Per-Erik Hedlund

Per-Erik Hedlund ( born April 18, 1897 in Särnaheden, Dalarna County, † 12 February 1975 Särna, community Älvdalen ) was a Swedish cross-country skier.

Hedlund was a specialist for the long haul. In the 1928 Olympics he won the gold medal in the 50 km race. He was awarded the Svenska Dagbladet Gold Medal - For this performance. At the World Championships in 1933, he was also able to win gold in the relay. Even the legendary Vasaloppet he could decide for himself twice, namely in 1926 and 1928.
