Hahnheim

Hahnheim is a municipality in the district Mainz -Bingen, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Nierstein - Oppenheim, has its administrative headquarters in the town of Oppenheim.

Geography

The wine lies in Rhenish Hesse between Mainz and Worms at Selz.

History

Archaeological finds from the Bronze Age, Iron Age and Roman period indicate an early settlement.
