Mongiuffi Melia is a municipality in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, with 648 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012).

Mongiuffi Melia is 55 km southwest of Messina. The inhabitants mainly work in agriculture, animal husbandry and production of silkworms.
The neighboring municipalities are Antillo, Castelmola, Forza d'Agro, Gaggi, Gallodoro, Graniti, Letojanni, Limina and Roccafiorita.
