Naso is a city in the province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, with 3958 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012).
Location and data
Naso is located 113 km southwest of Messina and 15 km south-east of Capo d' Orlando. The inhabitants mainly work in agriculture and in small businesses the further processing industry.
Borders the following municipalities: Brolo, Capo d' Orlando, Castell'Umberto, Ficarra, Mirto, San Salvatore di Fitalia and Sinagra.
History
The village was founded in the Middle Ages.
