Oldenbüttel
Oldenbüttel is a municipality in the district of Rendsburg -Eckernförde in Schleswig -Holstein. Bokel Hoop and Bokhorst lie in the municipality.
Geography and transport
Oldenbüttel located about 20 km east of heath on both sides of the North Sea-Baltic Canal, the town center is located on the South Shore. About 15 km to the west runs the Federal Highway 23 from Hamburg to Heath.
In the northern part of the municipality of Gieselaukanal, which was built in 1937 as a link between the North Sea-Baltic Canal and the Eider runs.
History
Historically settlement Oldenbüttel belongs to the constable - towns.
