1982 NBA draft
The 1982 NBA Draft took place on June 29 at Madison Square Garden in New York. In the first place chose the reigning champion, the Los Angeles Lakers. The Draft Law purchased the Lakers from the Cleveland Cavaliers.
James Worthy and Dominique Wilkins put the most successful careers now and have been called according to their career ends in the Hall of Fame. Other notable players are Terry Cummings, Lafayette Lever, Sleepy Floyd, Ricky Pierce and Mark Eaton, who is with the 72nd pick a lucky find.
