Caroline Lind

Caroline Lind ( born October 11, 1982 in Greensboro, North Carolina) is an American rower, she Olympic gold medalist and five -time world champion in the eighth.

Caroline Lind began in 2000 with the rowing and was already sitting at the Junior World Championships in 2000 in the American eighth, than the American boat finished fourth. Only in 2005 Linds began career in the national team at the World Rowing Championships 2005, she finished with the eighth to fourth place and along with Lindsay Shoop sixth place in two without coxswain. At the 2006 World Championships in Eton and 2007 in Munich Lind won each with the U.S. boat the title. In the World Cup Lind started in 2008 together with Elle Logan in two without and finished in Munich the third and second place in Lucerne. At the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing Logan and Lind sat in the U.S. eight, who received the gold medal in the occupation of Erin Cafaro, Lindsay Shoop, Anna Goodale, Elle Logan, Anna Cummins, Susan Francia, Caroline Lind, Caryn Davies and coxswain Mary Whipple. 2009 poses and 2011 in Bled sat Lind as in 2006 and 2007 World Champion eighth. At the Olympic Games in London Lind was back in the U.S. eighth, in the occupation of Erin Cafaro, Zsuzsanna Francia, Esther Lofgren, Taylor pinion, Meghan Musnicki, Elle Logan, Caroline Lind, Caryn Davies and Mary Whipple gold medal gewann.Bei the world Rowing Championships 2013 in Chungju, she won in the aft again the gold medal.
