Chapelle-Spinasse

Chapelle- Spinasse is a commune of 115 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Corrèze, in the Limousin region. The municipality is a member of the Association of Municipalities Ventadour. The inhabitants call themselves Chapellois (it).

Geography

The municipality is located in the Massif Central on the left bank of the upper course of the Doustre and is surrounded by vast fields and forests. Tulle, prefecture of the department is located about 25 kilometers southwest and Égletons about seven kilometers north and Ussel about 35 kilometers north-east.

Neighboring municipalities of Chapelle- Spinasse are Rosiers- d'Égletons in the north, Moustier- Ventadour in the east, Saint- Hilaire- Foissac in the southeast and Montaignac -Saint -Hippolyte in the south and west.
