Geography

The city is located on Estero Island Iceland and adjacent to Bonita Springs. Miami is located 200 km and 230 km away from Tampa.

According to the 2010 census, the then 6,277 inhabitants distributed to 9,420 households. The population density was 848.2 inh. / Km ². 97.7 % of the population were white, 0.3% African American, 0.2% Native American and 0.6 % Asian Americans. 0.5 % were members of other ethnic groups and 0.7 % of various ethnicities. 2.8% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.
