Matlacha Isles- Matlacha Shores is a census -designated place (CDP ) in Lee County in the U.S. state of Florida with 229 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Geography

Matlacha Isles- Matlacha Shores is located on the Gulf of Mexico and adjacent to the city of Cape Coral. The CDP is located approximately 21 kilometers west of Fort Myers. Tampa is located about 190 miles and Miami 250 km away.

Demographics

According to the 2010 census, the then 229 inhabitants distributed in 177 households. The population density was 381.7 inh. / Km ². 98.3 % of the population were white, 0.4% Native American and 3.1% Asian Americans. 3.5% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.
