Griesheim-près-Molsheim
Griesheim- près -Molsheim (German Griesheim near Molsheim ) is a commune with 2077 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the canton of Rosheim in the department of Bas -Rhin in the Alsace region. She is involved in the Communauté de communes Municipalities du Canton de Rosheim. The neighboring municipalities are Bischoff Home, Rosheim, Altdorf, interior home and Blaesheim.
Griesheim is located between the small towns of Molsheim and Obernai (Obernai ), each located about 5 km north-west or south-west. The Strasbourg airport is located about 8 km north-east, the city center of Strasbourg, 18 km north-east. About seven kilometers west of the community is the Upper Rhine Valley into the wooded Vosges.
The nearest train stop is located in the western neighboring municipality of Rosheim. The motorways A35 and A352 leading north and south past Griesheim. In the neighboring village home interior there is a connection to the lead from Strasbourg to Basel A35. The four-lane here D500 leads west past Griesheim, a connection is available in Rosheim.
