James Pulliam

James Arthur Pulliam ( born October 12, 1863 Scotland County, Missouri, † September 17, 1934 in Durango, Colorado ) was an American politician. Between 1917 and 1919 he was Deputy Governor of the State of Colorado.

Career

About the youth and education of James Pulliam nothing is handed down. There are also about his life beyond politics in the sources not specified. He was born in Missouri and later settled in La Plata County in Colorado down. Politically, he was a member of the Democratic Party.

In 1916 he was elected to the side of Julius Caldeen Gunter Vice Governor of the State of Colorado. This post he held 1917-1919. Yet he was Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State Senate. After that, he is no longer politically have appeared. James Pulliam died on September 17, 1934 in Durango, where he was also buried.
