Milk and Honey (group)

Milk & Honey was a three-member Israeli pop group. Across Europe, it was known in 1979, when they won the Euro Vision Song Contest together with the singer Gali Atari with the song Hallelujah.

Previously, the band's Hebrew Song & Chorus Festival had decided for themselves that Israel served as a national preliminary for the song contest. Before the home crowd in Jerusalem, her title then sat by and against the European competition and Milk & Honey picked up the second victory for Israel in the Song Contest in series.

After this success, created in collaboration with Atari an album together, the half in Hebrew, was recorded half in English.
