Möckern, Thuringia

Möckern is a town in the Saale- wood - country circuit and part of fulfilling community Stadtroda.

Geography

The village is located about two kilometers east of the heart of Stadtroda. Adjacent communities are clockwise Morsdorf in the east, Lipper -Erdmannsdorf in the south, Tissa in the west and in the north Quirla. The leading through the village village road connects Möckern with Quirla and with Ulrichswalde in the southwest. The settlement form is that of a pile village. In the middle of the village, the church ( position → 50.85400445472211.774760782778 ) is with the oval, surrounded by a wall cemetery.
