Tour 2003 is the twenty-third album, or the eighth live album by Ringo Starr after the breakup of the Beatles. It was published on 23 March 2004 in the U.S.. In Germany and the UK, the album did not appear. It could not place in the charts in the U.S..

Genesis

After the release of the last studio album Ringo Rama in March 2003, went to Ringo Starr from 24 July to 7 September 2003, a U.S. tour and was with the Eighth All- Starr Band 32 concerts. On 24 July 2003 the concert in Casino Rama, Toronto, Canada was recorded and released on CD by Koch a year later. It was the third Ringo Starr CD, which was published by the Koch label.

Eight of the 16 songs on the CD were sung by Ringo Starr.
