Witzhave
Witzhave ( Low German Witthaav ) is a municipality in the district Stormarn in Schleswig-Holstein. The municipality belongs to the district Heinrichshof.
Geography and transport
Witzhave is located about 20 km east of Hamburg. The Federal Highway 24 runs through the community. The Corbek that Witzhaver Au, the Hahnenbek and Bille flow through the area of the municipality.
Bus number 333 of the Hamburg Transport Association operates through Witzhave. This is a direct connection to the neighboring Trittau, to Hamburg and a metro line.
History
Witzhave was first mentioned in 1248. The place was sold in 1300 by the Dukes of Holstein to the monastery Reinbek. He came as a result of the Reformation as a component of the Office Trittau under the rule of the Dukes of Schleswig -Holstein -Gottorp.
Policy
Since the local elections of 2008, the CDU and the SPD has seven six seats in the municipal council.

Economy
The community is predominantly agricultural. A resident of the Rako Etiketten GmbH & Co KG, one of the largest label printing companies in Europe.
