Zuccarello

Zuccarello ( in Ligurian: Sucarê ) is a municipality with 313 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the Italian region of Liguria. Politically it belongs to the province of Savona.

Geography

Zuccarello is in the valley of the River Neva, above the mouth of the river in desselbigen Pennavaira. The municipality belongs to the Comunità Montana Ingauna and is approximately 56 kilometers from the provincial capital Savona.

According to the Italian classifications for seismic activity, the community of Zone 3 was assigned. This means that Zuccarello is in a seismically active zone little.
