The Motorcycle World Championship season in 1950 was the second in the history of FIM motorcycle road racing World Championship.
In the classes to 500 cc and 350 cc, six, ³ in the class up to 250 cc four and in the classes up to 125 cm and discharged three races at the sidecars.
Scoring
While in the 125cc and the 250cc class all results counted, came in the classes up to 350 cc and 500 cc only the best four results in the standings.
