Hongqi (marque)

Hongqi (abbreviation :红旗, Pinyin: Hongqi, Chinese for " Red Flag ") is a car brand of the largest Chinese automaker FAW. He produced under this name including a licensed version of the Audi 100 C3.

The hallmark of Hongqi is a stylized red flag on the hood.

The models, including the current top model HQ3 are under license of foreign vehicles. Since the 1980s, FAW- Hongqi cooperates with VW and Audi, more recently, with Toyota and Nissan. The Hongqi HQ3 based on the Toyota Crown.
