History

Illerrieden was first mentioned in 1291. From 1568 it was under the Teutonic Knights until 1806 it was an exclave of the German Order Coming Altshausen within the Deutschordensballei Swabian Alsace - Burgundy. Sports

The Sportfreunde Illerrieden 1926 eV, mainly from the departments football, athletics, gymnastics and gymnastics exist, were founded in 1926 as FV Sportfreunde Illerrieden and was initially a pure football club.
