Munyoro Nyamau

Munyoro Nyamau ( Hezekiah Munyoro Nyamau; born December 5, 1942) is a former Kenyan sprinter.

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, he took up in the 400 -meter run, reaching the semifinals. The Kenyan team in the 4 x 400 - meter relay team won in the occupation of Charles Asati, Nyamau, Naftali Bon and Daniel Rudisha surprising silver in 2:59,64 minutes behind the relay from the United States, whose world record of 2: 56.16 minutes was only undercut 1992.

In the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1970 won the Kenyan relay in the cast Nyamau, Julius Sang, Robert Ouko and Asati. In September 1970, a Kenyan team with Nyamau, Bon, Ouko and Thomas Saisi with 7:11,6 minutes set a world record in the 4 x 880 yards relay on.
