Nikolay Bazhukov

Nikolai Serafimovitch Baschukow (Russian Николай Серафимович Бажуков; born June 23, 1953 in Troitsko - Petschorsk, Komi ASSR, Russian SFSR, USSR ) is a former cross-country skier who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1970s and early 1980s.

In 1976 he became Olympic champion in the 15 km at the Winter Olympics. He also won 10 km relay at the same Games bronze in the 4 x Soviet. At the Winter Games in 1980 he won the gold medal in the relay.
