Paris Masters

The Paris Masters ( officially BNP Paribas Masters ) is a swept annual tennis tournament in Paris. It is in the Palais Omnisports de Paris -Bercy held in Paris's Bercy and is considered most prestigious indoor tennis tournament. The tournament is annually the last nine tournaments in the Masters Series, while the last tennis tournament before the ATP World Tour Finals.

As the only tournament of this series, the Paris Masters was played on carpet. 2007, the court surface has been modified with taraflex to a hard court surface. Because only played with a 48- peloton, with 16 of the greatest players of the newly classified seedings have a bye in the first round.

Record holder in single with three tracks are Boris Becker and Marat Safin; in double the Australian John Fitzgerald, the Dutch duo Jacco Eltingh and Paul Haarhuis, the Indians Mahesh Bhupathi and Bob and Mike Bryan of the United States could decide the competition three times for themselves.
